Things That Every Woman Must Need...
..As seen on TV...they sent me a catalogue of all of their stuff and there is quite the personal sexual aids catagory so I thought I would send a link of the web page because it's kind of hilarious, if you think about it.

Funny pet nicknames
Isn't it funny the voices that we use when talking to pets and babies? I wonder what they are thinking....what's even worse are that the strange nicknames that we call them are probably confusing the hell out of them. We call our dog Jessie a lot of different names...some of them are: Boo, jiboo, jaaboo, jabootle, bootlebot, gurl, grrilla...

Another World in New York City
This is an Irish Memorial built in remembrance of the potato famine from 1846-1850 where 1.5 million people died. It is a strange, but beautiful piece of art...

In Case Someone Gets Thirsty??
Someone left an open can coke sitting on the floor on the train. This is nothing new. People do it all of the time. While I usually find it annoying that people are too lazy to throw their trash away, I finally see the amusing part of it. Did they leave it there because they are actually trying to be considerate?? Maybe a homeless person is thirsty and has a craving for some coke (the drink...) and all they would have to do while sleeping on the train is to look down and it's an easy reach...

City Dollars Hard at Work
They look like furniture that someone is throwing out...
They look like abstract art...
They look like obstacles on the sidewalk...
..but they really look like shit.
What are they???

Hurry up!
After three years of living in the same neighborhood,
I just noticed this sign the other day.
I had to look at it a few times to see if
I could make sense out of it..
...and still...
...no...

Keep on Walking....
~ Get Trashy! ~
So, I was wondering...where should I put the dog poop????
Originally, there were trash cans on each corner of the street, but they disappeared one by one and now there is only this one lonely little can that obviously can't do the job by itself...

Did the Dingo REALLY Eat Her Baby?
Everyone knows about the story of the woman in Australia who claimed that a dingo ate her baby, right? It was called "A Cry in the Dark", starring Meryl Streep. Well, when we went to Australia, we were told not to feed these wild dogs because they become aggressive, though you couldn't tell just by looking at them. They look like regular tame dogs. We saw this one on Fraser Island...

PLEASE DON'T
Please don't buy dogs from pet stores because you will be supporting inhumane dog factories, otherwise known as "puppy mills", where dogs are mass-produced for profit and many die or have serious diseases. It also takes away the hope for the thousands upon thousands of dogs that get euthanised every single day at animal shelters. If you want a dog, go rescue one! On top of saving yourself a lot of money, you will be rescuing a life, and they will show you how thankful they are with all of the love...
THANK YOU!
THANK YOU!
The Waving Kitty Phenomenon
Maneki Neko is it's real name, but I like to call it the waving kitty because its arm moves up and down. Apparently, it's a japanese sculpture that owners use for good luck. I am amused by it...I wonder if it keeps the mice away...

13th Floor
So, right now I am working at AXA Equitable and we work on the 13th Floor. I had no idea that there were actually buildings that had a 13th floor. I work the third shift and there's rarely ever anyone else up there, except for the three of us. I won't lie...it feels a little bizarre. Don't get me wrong...I am not superstitious, but if I was, would it matter??

Urinals
Am I the only one that thinks it's weird standing at a urinal, staring at the wall, while relieving yourself...and of course, the unwritten law is that you don't speak while peeing. If someone does, it is frowned upon...These urinals were at the Sheraton Hotel in Sydney, Australia.

Bathroom Walls
Have you ever noticed the weird obscenities on public bathroom walls. Here in New York, you see all kinds of weirdness...some public places even capitalize on bathroom graffity. I am intrigued....
